Using the Axis Lighting Acoustic Calculator, you can determine the number of linear acoustic luminaires required in a space by fixture type. The calculation will give you four levels of recommended sound reduction: okay, good, better, best. The best option indicates the best acoustic improvement.
All calculations are based on 42’’ suspension cables.
